We are a rain or shine attraction and are open unless a severe weather warning has been issued. We are both an outdoor and inside attraction so please dress appropriately.

You can change your date up until 48hrs before your scheduled night, however, refunds are not available.

The Unlimited Pass gives you access to unlimited tours on the day of your booking.

Entrance will be granted to everyone aged 12 and older. Children below the age of 12 need to be accompanied by an adult.

Please do not use any flashlights. You will be provided enough light to safely navigate the attraction.

While a reservation is not required, we strongly recommend buying tickets in advance, as online bookings will have priority access.

Masks are not required but will be available for those who prefer them.

Snacks and drinks will be available for purchase. Food trucks might be available occasionally.

Photography is strictly prohibited inside/during the attraction. Pictures can be taken before or after the main attraction.

Due to the age of the building, we are not able to provide wheelchair access. The tour requires to walk stairs.

We reserve the right to refuse access to anybody if we assess a risk for anybody attending the event as well as our actors.

No actors will touch guests, but they may be in close proximity.

The Trunk or Treat is a fun event for families which will be held in the parking lot in front of our facility.

Park your car and decorate your trunk in your best Halloween fashion. Children will be able to trick or treat and parents have the chance to mingle and enjoy a good time!
